In your dual study you learn; Analyzing personnel strategies, actively shaping change processes and implementing personal projects – in practice based on case studies and projects. With the Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Human Resources Management, you have a state-of-the-art and internationally recognized university degree and thus the basis for your next career step or a subsequent Master degree. What you do with us

You complete a practical, three-year dual study in the field of human resources management. You spend three days a week at AND-E in the company and two days a week at the FOM University of Munich. You complete your studies with the academic degree Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) – we accept the tuition fees. You will get to know the entire range of modern personnel work – with a special focus on data, analyses and strategic planning: HR controlling (e.g. key figures, personnel statistics, cost planning) Personnel requirement planning and support in risk management Basic principles of labour law Employer Branding Personal development & further education

You take your own projects, support the organisation of events, and help implement modern HR processes.

Your successfully completed training or specialist training Very good German knowledge (C1 level) English skills (B1 level) Joy of communication and respectful cooperation Interest in HR topics as well as in numbers, analyses and business relationships Organizational talent, analytical thinking and structured working Team spirit, reliability and openness for new Safe handling of Office applications (especially Excel) and interest in digital tools
