Do you want to use your expertise in procurement and drive innovative projects? Strengthen the team of Hofmann Personal as a Procurement Specialist for Services (m/w/d) on behalf of Siemens Energy in Erlangen and take responsibility for the smooth purchase in the technical environment!

Your tasks:

• Responsibility for the assignment of suppliers in field service and engineering
• Creation of enquiries and invitations to tender, implementation of tender analyses
• Design and negotiation of contracts
• Operating order processing and order tracking via SAP
• Optimization of ordering operations in compliance with internal/external requirements and compliance guidelines
• Ensuring an error-free exchange of information through close communication with interface partners
• Adjustment and monitoring of purchasing codes to control and optimize purchasing
• Local and cross-site optimization of shopping areas

Your qualification:

• Completed university studies in a commercial field or completed commercial training with relevant professional experience
• Ideally multi-year experience in operational purchasing, human resources or resource management
• Funded knowledge in the field of purchasing, contracting and labour law as well as in negotiation techniques
• First experience in project management of advantage
• Embossed communication and relationship management skills
• Very good SAP knowledge
• German and English skills
• knowledge in the power plant construction sites environment desirable
• Compulsory: experience in contracting in the service environment
