Type of employment: Full time

You lead and motivate your employees to top performances. The operational cooperation and control of individual foods is of course for you as well as compliance with the prescribed standards and hygiene regulations according to HACCP. You carry out the monthly inventory and start service and holiday plans. That's what makes you: You already have experiences in the kitchen management, at best in the upscale hotel industry You speak a very good German and a good English You have several years of experience to guide and motivate a team You have certain expertise on all items and a healthy understanding of numbers You work independently and responsibly
