Referent Jugend (m/w/d)

The Malteser Hilfsdienst e.V., Diözesangeschäftsstelle München und Freising, is looking for a diocesan jugendreferenten (m/w/d) in parttime (up to 19.5 hours per week) indefinitely with office in Munich. The Malteser Hilfsdienst e.V. is one of the largest aid organisations in Germany with 1 million members and over 72,000 agents in the Honour and Main Office. The Maltese Youth is the community of children, adolescents and young adults in the Malteser Hilfsdienst e.V. and at different locations within the Archdiocese of Munich and Freising wants to implement the guiding principle of the Malteser ''Bezeugung des Faiths and Help the needy' in a juvenile way and make it possible for young people to experience it.

Support of volunteers in the work of youth, for example the organisation and implementation of actions, camps and other leisure activities Building, consulting and accompaniment of children & youth groups Advising volunteer managers in strategic-organizational and professional-pedagogical issues

Conceptual development of the Maltese Youth in the Archdiocese, in particular with regard to training Team-oriented and coordinating cooperation with the Diocesan Youth Guide, the Voluntary, the local groups, the staff of the Diocesan office and the county offices Representation of the Maltese Youth at the diocesan level towards society, politics and church Close cooperation with the other units of the Diocesan Office, Regional Office and Federal Office General office and administrative work

A pedagogical or social studies or a comparable qualification Experience in youth (federation) work, also from voluntary work Identification with the tasks, values and objectives of a Catholic aid organisation The willingness to work also in evenings and weekends Fun at work in the team and in and with groups Contact and communication strength Motivation and persuasiveness Independent and conceptual thinking and working Moderation and consulting skills, conflictability Class B licence holder
