We are looking for experienced construction supervisors:inside (man*) for the planning, tendering and monitoring of local construction projects in the field of sewage plants at the Mannheim site.

You agree on the design planning in close cooperation with the client to ensure precise implementation With your expertise, you will create detailed performance directories, tender documents and sound award proposals that efficiently control the procurement processes The monitoring of the design in terms of quality, costs and appointments is your responsibility area, guaranteeing the highest standards You coordinate cooperation with clients, executive companies and other project participants and ensure smooth communication You are responsible for the documentation and billing of the works In addition, you are responsible for defect management and follow warranty claims proactively Already in the planning phase, you offer competent engineering advice and accompany the project from the start

Experience: You have a degree in civil engineering or you can prove a comparable qualification, e.g. a suitable technician training. With your long-term experience in wastewater management, you are an expert in your field. abilities: Comprehensive knowledge of VOB, HOAI, DIN standards and technical regulations are of course for you. An additional training, e.g. fire protection measures, SIGE services, SIVV, would be advantageous. You have good to very good German skills. Tools: You convince by very good knowledge of an AVA program, like iTWO. Mindset: Your previous experience enabled you to develop a service-oriented appearance. You have very good communicative and organizational skills. Your independent, responsible and solution-oriented work will complete your profile.
