We offer an intrinsic solution for each pressure air requirement. As part of a strategic succession, we are looking for a Head of Technology (m/w/d) at the Güglingen site. As Head of Technology (m/w/d), you will be responsible for the planning, implementation and monitoring of all projects in the field of technology and development at RENNER Kompressoren.

Responsibility and supervision of all projects in the field of technology and development Discipline and professional leadership as well as further development of the technical staff Development and implementation of technical strategies to optimize processes and products Ensuring compliance with quality standards and technical specifications Strategic cooperation of the product portfolio Identification of trends and new technologies for continuous improvement Targeted cooperation in strategic business development and implementation of corporate objectives

Successfully completed technical studies or technical training with appropriate training Ideally multi-year experience in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering Authentic leadership personality with clear communication and enforcement strength, hands-on mentality and high target and solution orientation Structured and organized working with high problem-solving capacity, quality awareness and technical understanding Strategic thinking and the ability to solve technical challenges Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English in word and writing Teamability and role model function
