Your area of responsibility includes the maintenance of the building, the outdoor facilities as well as all technical facilities and facilities - focusing on safety, reliability and prevention.

You make sure that our building, the outdoor facilities and all technical facilities and facilities work reliably and safely. Your focus is on prevention, safety and smooth operation. You carry out installation, assembly and conversion work on electrical installations

You take over troubleshooting, troubleshooting, and independent troubleshooting

You wait, repair and maintain our building equipment

You check stationary and location-changeable electrical systems according to DGUV Note 3

You control and inspect technical installations and take preventive measures

You coordinate and monitor foreign companies

You carry out small repairs independently

You regularly go to safety and control tours

Completed vocational training in the field of electrical engineering

Knowledge of heating, ventilation, refrigeration and sanitation technology is a plus

Basic PC knowledge (e.g. building control technology, standard applications)
