Our team building planning supports builders in projects around energy consulting and energy building renovation, from initial analysis to implementation. Architects, engineers and energy efficiency experts work closely together to optimally combine technical, ecological and economic requirements. In your role as team leader Energy Consulting & Building Renovation (m|w|d), you are responsible for the following activities:

As team leader: You lead and develop a three-member team of energy efficiency experts in our office in Fellbach You control the resources of your team taking into account their utilisation, competencies and current market development Your team allows you to further develop your skills and strengthen-oriented support You conduct annual and feedback talks and ensure a smooth onboarding of new employees As a moderator, you conduct regular team meetings and ensure a clear and constructive cooperation

Technically: You actively develop the field of energy consulting and energy building renovation in the Stuttgart area and inspire new and existing customers of our services The creation of calculations and performance descriptions for offers and the testing and processing of alerts are in your hand You support your team in Fellbach in all questions of energetic building renovation and support them as a specialist contact person You are responsible for the commercial management of your team's projects, including controlling and careful tracking

Successfully completed studies in the field of civil engineering, architecture or comparable Certification as energy efficiency consultant*in for residential and non-residential buildings Ideally, you have already set up a network in the building industry in the Stuttgart area and know the challenges of the industry Found sales experience, ideally in energy consulting or in the building industry German knowledge (C1 level or comparable), for secure communication in project and customer contact
