You support the management of the three-group facility and represent it in absence You take responsibility for the further development of the concept as part of the Einstein concept of the Baden-Württemberg orientation plan You design the educational offer and take over the tasks of a group management in the age range 0–3 years You are responsible for cooperation with families and other institutions in the district The active design of change and development processes is also one of your tasks

A completed study in the field of social work or Social education with state recognition, childhood education with state recognition, education with social pedagogical focus or Professionals according to § 7 para. 6 No 1(b) KiTaG with appropriate evidence; or A completed training as an educator with state recognition Experience as a group management, experience in management and personnel management (basic) knowledge of organization and administration issues, as well as a safe handling of MS Office programmes and the Kita database Knowledge and experience in social pedagogical work with children within the framework of the support concept
