NurembergBad is looking for the summer bathing season 2025 (period until 31.10.2025)

• Seasonal forces (w/m/d) as water supervision: grouping into the 4 TVöD group
• Specialist (w/m/d) for bathing facilities for reinforcement in the summer bathing season: grouping into the 5 TVöD group possible

It is part-time employment with 35 hours per week.

• Monitoring of bathing facilities with water supervision
• Water rescue
• First aid services

This is your profile For activity you need

• The German lifeguard in silver or the willingness to complete this before the start of service, or
• A successfully completed combined rescue exercise in accordance with Annex 1 of DGfdB R 94.05, or the willingness to complete it before the start of service

and

• A proof of successful participation in a first aid course with heart-lung revival (as at 31.10.2025 maximum 2 years old), and
• Full year (forced condition for the sole management of water supervision)

In addition, you have

• Successful participation in a swimming test (requirements see below)
• Binding appearance and good communication skills
• Reliability
• Reliability
• Intercultural social competence, especially in the handling of culturally different bathing guests
• Good oral expressability and good knowledge of German (comparability with language level B2 according to the Common European Framework of Reference)
• Full health, physical and mental fitness for the task area (e.g. supervision of the bathing plant with the introduction of water rescue and first aid measures and deep and stretch diving)

The swimming test shall be carried out as follows:

If you own the German lifeguard in silver:

• Check the combined rescue exercise as set out in Annex 1 to DGfdB R 94.05 (in particular, bringing up a person from 4.5 meters (tubs), dragging the person to the pelvic edge, bringing person out of the pelvic and laying down on the pelvic bypass, releasing handles that perform stable side position, 3 minutes heart-lung recovery, resetting emergency call)

Where: If you do not own the German lifeguard in silver, the following swimming test is checked:

• 50 meters of time swimming (weight below 1 minute)
• 12 meter stretching
• 4,50 meters deep diving

For setting as a water control for the summer bath season 2025 at NurembergBad, the combined rescue exercise (see above) must then be passed in any case.
