Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

You advise our departments as well as the internal and external services on a variety of legal issues with a cross-speech meaning. Your tasks are in particular in the law on insurance supervision and in the insurance-specific regulatory system, in sales and sales representatives law, in company law and in general contract law. You accompany cross-disciplinary projects and introduce the legal perspective into the development and implementation of solutions at an early stage. You control cooperation with external lawyers:inside and accompany judicial procedures and selected projects. You keep up-to-date legal developments in mind, evaluate their impact on our company and make concrete action. You develop legal and practice-oriented solutions and support the relevant specialist areas in their implementation. You work closely with different interfaces in the company and understand yourself as a legal partner: Sparringspartner:in for your internal contacts:inside.

You are a full lawyer:in and have completed the first and second legal state exams. Ideally, you already have professional experience in a legal department, a law firm or a comparable legal environment and brings knowledge to at least one of the legal areas relevant to us (e.g. insurance supervision law, sales and sales representative law or company law). Knowledge of the insurance industry, for example on legal issues relating to insurance products and their distribution, is a plus but not a prerequisite. You have the pleasure of analysing complex legal issues, preparing them understandably and developing pragmatic solutions. As a consultant:in you convince by communication strength, a safe occurrence and the ability to build sustainable networks and relationships. A very good expression in word and writing as well as a careful and solution-oriented working style complete your profile.

Salary: You receive a collectively regulated remuneration (compulsory contract for private insurance). In addition, you receive holiday and Christmas money as well as extensive social benefits - including an occupational pension scheme. In addition, a future-proof workplace awaits you.

Homeoffice: Depending on the location and arrangement with your leadership, you can choose between different home office models. At least two days are provided at the LVM campus. In addition to a fully-fledged technical equipment, you will receive a unique home office tray of 800 € gross.

Work-Life-Balance: Our flexible working time regulation with a 38-hour week and 30 holiday days allows you to adjust your working hours in consultation between 7 am and 8 pm. In this case, any overtime that has been completed is of course paid out or can alternatively be compensated for by leisure.

Flexibility: In addition to our home office, you can work up to ten more days on the mobile side within Germany or in the EU. We thus promote the compatibility of your professional and private goals.
