Execution of painter, flooring and tile laying work in our living objects – from preparation to professional execution Modernisation and maintenance of apartments including small repairs and renovations Completion of insurance damage and professional implementation of the necessary work Self-working of all relevant craftsmanships in the painting, flooring and tile sector Planning and organisation of material use as well as timely ordering of required materials Documentation of orders including working hours, materials and work results for internal processes and accounting Cooperation with colleagues and customers to ensure high quality and satisfaction

Complete vocational training in crafts or multiannual, comprehensive professional experience in comparable activities Craft all-rounders with well-founded knowledge in the fields of painting, flooring and tile laying, as well as upper floors High flexibility, initiative and independent working Customer-oriented and competent appearance as well as team skills Valid driving licence class B and willingness to work flexibly within the areas of use Responsibility and care for all work orders Motivation to continuously develop and apply new techniques or materials Interest in varied tasks in an attractive working environment with a growing company?
