Internal Sales Clerk (m/f/d)

For our customers in Hamburg – leading technological partners in the field of high-quality components and sealing solutions – we are looking for a specialist sales service / customer service (m/w/d) to strengthen the teams at the next possible time. In this position, you will support challenging customer projects in the international environment and form the central interface between sales, technology and logistics. Delivering offers and orders from collection to delivery Customers' advice on the phone to technical products in need of explanation Creating shipping and export documents including accreditations and packing lists Manage and document application-related certificates and material checks Maintenance of customer contacts and project registration within ERP and CRM systems Supporting the external service in implementing complex projects

Completed commercial training, e.g. as a merchant in wholesale and foreign trade management or industrial businessman First professional experience in the sales service, ideally related to technical products Safe handling of MS Office as well as experience in the application of ERP or CRM software Very good language skills in German and English for international communication Structured, careful operation and a pronounced service-mentality
