This makes work as varied as challenging. The activities in our home are as diverse: from the seller to part-time in one of our branches to the highly specialized IT developers, every personality is at our place.Our 15-person team consists of 5 pay calculators, 6 HR Business Partners and colleagues in the field of employer branding, personnel development and team assistance. With an average operating membership of 4.4 years, we have grown together to create a family and value-adding team that successfully masters every challenge and never loses the fun of the eyes. In your own care area: • Make sure the time and professional billing • Pflet you the personal master data in our pay accounting system SAP HCM, in the SAP-Zeitwirtschaft and in the time recording system (Atoss) • Manage the personal files (digital and analog) • You will process the certification and reporting as well as any payments • manage occupational pensions and other (voluntary) employer benefits • Create expert evaluations, reports and statistics • you are a contact partner for employees and executives in these topics

In addition, you can take part in the monthly and annual accounts of the company for pay tax and social security checks and help us in the continuous optimization of our pay billing processes.

We're not looking for payrolls but you're because you: • Humor and team spirit • provide at least three years of professional experience in the field of pay billing • have completed vocational training in the commercial, tax or social insurance sector or a comparable degree • well-founded knowledge of personnel management, in the right to work, pay and social security • good Microsoft Office and preferably SAP HCM knowledge • Reliability and discretion as a matter of course
