The CDO Operational Excellence (CDO X) section directly supports BWI's Chief Digital Officer and its management group. The main objective is to improve effectiveness and efficiency throughout the management and to create a 'Striving for Excellence' culture. In order to achieve this, cross-section improvement potentials are identified, topics are bundled and advanced. The focus is on the derivation of strategic fields of action and the active design and implementation of strategic initiatives. The Department of Governance and Steering, located in the field of Operational Excellence, focuses on the continuous further development of the control capability in the management area. In addition to reporting, this includes the provision of methods and frameworks for the structured operationalisation of higher-level, strategic targets and targets.

Support in the development and introduction of a method / a framework for the operationalisation of higher-level goals in the CDO (GB CDO) management area Responsibility for a task package or subproject in a project for the introduction of a suitable method/framework (e.g. OKR) for your own field of expertise as well as for further areas of expertise in the GB CDO Participation in the introduction of appropriate processes in close cooperation with the responsible central departments in the context of strategy & objectives Development and implementation of communication and change management measures for the implementation of a method / framework for the operation of goals Participation in requirement management, selection and evaluation for a suitable target tool for the future needs of the GB CDO Creating posts in knowledge management on target method & -tool

Completed subject-related university studies with at least 4 years of professional experience in the context of strategy and target development / business management At least 1 year of professional experience in the introduction of new methods, frameworks and/or tools in teams of at least 100 employees Experience in communication with TOP Management Certification and experience in the application of the OKR method desirable Advanced expertise in internal corporate communication and the application of various communication formats (e-mail, intranet, pitch formats, workshops etc.) Professional handling of PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook as well as very good user knowledge of Jira and Confluence
