Own and timely implementation of the monthly wage and salary accounting with DATEV LODAS Competent consultation and support of our employees in all labour, wage and social insurance issues Correspondence with authorities, social security institutions, health insurance companies and external contact persons Creation of work contracts, certificates and other personal documents Care and management of personnel master files and management of personnel files Support in time recording and administrative support Participation in the recruiting process, from the candidate correspondence to the appointment organization Takeover of general administrative and organisational tasks in the personnel sector Support in the continuous optimization of personal processes

Completed commercial training Professional experience in the independent production of wage and salary bills Very good knowledge of tax and social security law Knowledge about the Microsoft package, ERP software and Datev LODAS desirable Organizational talent and the ability to keep an overview even in hectic situations You like to work in the team, are independent, structured and responsible and reliable
