You carry out careful material testing according to task or drawing specifications as well as special measurements of components, thereby ensuring our quality standards. The processing of complaint cases in the SAP modules PG1 and PEW as well as the execution of necessary material bookings is one of your fixed tasks. You act in close consultation with suppliers and partners, optimize the common processes and, if necessary, carry out visits on site. With technical expertise, you can support directly in the production of component questions and support the organization of necessary rework with internal and external bodies. You accompany the smooth handling of worldwide returns across our various warehouse structures. Through the open exchange of your experience in practice, you promote cooperation in the team and support your interface partners in the joint development of our processes.

You have a completed training in the technical field (e.g. metal or electric) – but much more important than your certificate is your practical experience and your technical skills. Safe reading of technical documentation and drawings is a must. First experience in quality assurance or measurement technology. Very good knowledge of German (C1/C2) and good knowledge of English (about B2). Safe handling of Google Workspace and common office applications as well as advanced knowledge in SAP. Communication with other areas such as manufacturing and external suppliers will give you pleasure. A high degree of reliability and motivation to ensure the best quality together with us complete your profile. You are willing to support our team effectively – this also includes the willingness to occasionally work in the 2-shift system as well as bets on Saturday or short missions. In principle, we work in a flexible normal layer.
