Type of employment: Limited Working time: Full time Place of work: Wernau (Neckar) During your internship, you support us comprehensively in international user experience and market research activities, from careful preparation to dedicated implementation to precise refurbishment. You actively participate in performing product and design tests. Customer, sales and market analyses for our entire product portfolio are also one of your tasks. You will also help to generate deep user insights through targeted user observation and surveying. Last but not least, you are actively involved in organizing, carrying out and preparing workshops, events and trainings.

Education: Studies in Business Administration, Market Research, Marketing, Business Psychology or Similar Experiences and know-how: safe handling of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and AI in working day; ideally experience in questionnaire programming and evaluation such as SPSS and R Personality and mode of operation: you are actively approaching people and are constructively engaging in teams; you manage to infiltrate complex facts analytically and develop precise concepts and methodological approaches; you represent your positions convincingly and always trades customer- and service-oriented; you independently tackle tasks and consistently pursue your goals Working day: we offer you the opportunity to work hybrid (min. 3 days per week in the office) Enthusiasm: for customers or Users and how to make products, services or processes more user-friendly Languages: German or English
