_Controlling, support and development of the ACE contractors in the care area West (NRW/Hessen/Rheinland-Pfalz/Saarland). _Respective market and territorial observation including the implementation of specific network optimization measures and the recruitment of new ACE contractors. _Support in the development of ACE services. _Onboarding new ACE contractors and introduction to electronic performance accounting (“ELLA”) as well as post-training and troubleshooting. _Networking in the automotive environment of the VP-M (towing industry, associations, traffic service companies, car clubs, assisteurs, etc.).

_A successfully completed commercial training, good technical understanding, a pronounced automotive affinity and comprehensive knowledge of ACE protection certificates. _A self-sponsored, structured and targeted way of working and a high, supra-regional readiness to travel. _Funded experience in business relationship management and very good market and industry knowledge (towing services, car houses, automotive workshops, etc.). _Versified and professional communication skills, conflictability and self-confident and safe occurrence.
