You take responsibility for demanding large-scale projects of the Energy Transition in the classic contract models as well as in the contract models general contractors and general contractors - for example in the fields of grid boosters, substations, pipelines, and other energy infrastructure. You control projects holistically - from the supply and costing phase to execution to the successful project conclusion. You are responsible for the economic, timely and qualitative implementation of your projects and ensure their sustainable success. You recognize opportunities and risks early on, develop follow-up strategies and conduct follow-up negotiations together with your project teams. You accompany the calculation of complex large-scale projects and bring your experience to the development of competitive offers. You will continue developing our Energy Transit business unit strategically and develop new topics, markets and business opportunities together with your team. You lead and develop your team with an esteeming, motivating and co-worker-orienting leadership style.

A successfully completed study in the field of civil engineering or a comparable discipline. Multiannual experience in managing complex infrastructure or energy projects. Funded knowledge in costing, project management, and contract management. Entrepreneurial thinking, a pronounced economic understanding and a safe sense of opportunities and risks. Experience in leadership and development of employees as well as the ability to inspire and successfully lead teams. Negotiating skills, communication strength and a sovereign appearance towards customers and business partners. Enthusiasm for the energy transition and the claim to actively shape innovative projects.
