As an OnSite Manager (m/w/d), you are the central contact person on site and ensure smooth cooperation. Organisation and implementation of the onboarding of new employees Ensuring compliance with labour, tariff and legal requirements You are co-responsible for the management, operational control and motivation of temporary workers holistic support of our customer in the planning, control and organization of the temporary workers

You have completed technical or commercial training, successfully. You are communicative, flexible, result-oriented and team-capable. You like to work with people and have a strong negotiating skills. You are in possession of a valid driving permit (class B) and have good computer skills
