For the development of our internal catering with the focus on conference and tea kitchen support, we are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic personalities that drive our topics forward with heart and hostility. You work independently and self-organized. Your work is crucial for our conference service and other support topics at other locations. They ensure the welfare of colleagues from morning coffee to the hosting of events Warehouses, equipment and furniture keep your eye on documentation, procurement and maintenance Organize and accompany the use of service providers as required You are a contact person for all the topics related to the tea kitchen; personal, telephone and email In addition, you can help in the fleet with the arrival and output of pool vehicles and take over workshop trips

A completed training in the business sector, in the gastronomy/hotel industry or comparable experience Secure handling of IT, especially Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word), basic knowledge in Excel A pronounced service orientation, joy in contact with people and attention to detail Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Driving licence Class B and willingness to travel in the regional environment
