Professional and disciplinary leadership of the subordinate areas (maintenance mechanics, maintenance electrical engineering) Planning, management and implementation of technical projects at the Nauen site Planning, control and control of maintenance, facility management and projects including the creation of risk management, implementation of risk assessments, project schedules, time and cost control, order processing, construction site management and monitoring, commissioning and optimization in compliance with legal requirements Coordination and control of internal/external service providers, suppliers and project partners (e.g. contractors and external engineering offices) Creation of tender documents, cost and schedules incl.
