Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit (SiFa) / Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) Specialist / HSE

As a specialist for occupational safety (WHS Specialist), you work directly with the WHS management in all aspects of occupational safety under Section 6 of the Industrial Protection Act.• Implementation of risk assessments • Creation of operating instructions and supporting training documents • Advising employees: women and management on the topic of occupational safety • Cooperation with the works council and the company doctor • Implementation of statutory and Amazon internal requirements in occupational safety • Cooperation with the operational logistics teams and with various support functions (HR, engineering, facilities). • Implementation and moderation of the Safety Committee (ASA) meetings and training of safety officers • Support in occupational health management

QUALIFICATIONS

• Certification as a “work safety specialist”
• Understanding German Environmental and Industrial Protection Acts
• Advanced German and English skills PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience with Lean, 5S or Kaizen methods
• ability to plan or manage environmental initiatives
