Head of office: Leadership of employees in the branch Management of the branch in organizational and business terms Identification and realization of market potentials including active market processing (acquises) of all services of local development Developing new customers (acquisition strategy) and establishing a corresponding network Further development of services and the development of new services together with the respective representatives of the departments Project management: Management and processing of urban renewal projects (representation of redevelopment agencies and the rural development programme) Heading and processing of urban and integrated urban development concepts (GEK / ISEK) as well as urban test designs Advising owners and investors in the field of urban development (all EU, federal and rural programmes) and urban planning

Complete study of spatial planning, geography, civil engineering, architecture or a comparable qualification Representative leadership qualities and experience in employee development Multiannual relevant professional experience in urban planning and project management Pleasure of acquisition and networking, ability to persuade and negotiate, as well as excellent presentation skills Binding appearance, enthusiasm and team skills Customer and market orientation, travel and driving licence
