For one of our customers, a company based in automation technology in Bremen, we are looking for an IT team management (m/w/d) with hands-on-centrality to direct switching. As an IT team manager (m/w/d), you are responsible for managing the Infrastructure team consisting of three colleagues. Total responsibility for a smooth, secure and efficient IT infrastructure at the company locations Development and optimization of existing infrastructure Processing of helpdesk tickets in the area of infrastructure including error analysis and troubleshooting (focus: VPN, firewall, WLAN, NAC, routing) Implementation of sophisticated infrastructure designs to increase performance and IT security Monitoring and ensuring compliance with IT security requirements Leadership, motivation and further development of your team – Promoting cooperation and team spirit

Completed IT training or study with IT focus Professional experience in IT infrastructure First experience in managing employees of advantage Experience in implementing IT projects (ideally with project management methods) Very good German knowledge of word and writing, English knowledge desirable Impressed communication strength, problem-solving capability and team orientation
