Their main task is to support, develop and operate the HCM-Suite SAP SuccessFactors as well as manage corresponding projects You analyse and understand the requirements of the specialist areas and advise on their feasibility and support implementation projects / You have no bareness to support the professional users and move safely in the system development As a system manager, you can edit fault messages within the 2nd level support Customizing with appropriate quality assurance and documentation is just as important as adapting interfaces to adjacent systems You are happy to work with internal departments and coordinate external support partners

You bring a completed bachelor's degree, desirable with a focus on computer science or business informatics, as well as a multi-year professional experience in the care/advising of SAP SuccessFactors with You have knowledge of the HCM Suite SAP SuccessFactors, in particular the modules Employee Central, Onboarding and Recruiting; You have knowledge of the SAP HCM ERP system in particular in interaction with the HCM Suite SAP SuccessFactors as well as knowledge of the processes and roles in the human resources industry. We require a thorough training, possibly with appropriate certificates in SAP SuccessFactors technologies and processes.
