Strategic management and further development of the Digital Health and Innovation Strategy at departmental level in line with the overall strategy of the company professional leadership and development of an interdisciplinary team Identification, conception and implementation of digitalization and innovation projects in the clinical environment – from idea to piloting to transfer to regular operation Interface management and tandem management in close cooperation with IT and other cross-sectional areas (medical controlling, care, research, data protection, etc.) Funding acquisition and third-party funding management for digital and innovation projects Establishment and development of data-based decision bases for the supply (e.g. use of clinical routine data, data platforms, predictive analytics) Moderation of interdisciplinary project groups and management of bodies or working groups in the context of digital transformation Communication and skills to further promote innovation-friendly culture Representation of the department to internal and external stakeholders, project promoters and cooperation partners Personnel and Budget Management in the Context of the Department
