Your tasks Self-responsible commercial support of railway projects Responsibility for the processing of all commercial tasks as part of the project execution in the railway infrastructure sector Support and creation of monthly reporting (performance and earnings forecasts, project reports, target-actual comparisons, financial planning, recovery) Responsible monitoring of project-related contracts with contractors and suppliers taking into account railway-specific and commercial contractual components (e.g. certificates, guarantees) Registration and tracking of insurance damage in the context of railway construction projects Examination, confirmation and booking of invoices Creation, booking and tracking of initial invoices and active receivable management Our contribution Ensuring punctuality in rail transport Contribution to the development of sustainable transport infrastructure Implementation of the Federal Government's billion-poor investment package in the coming years

Completed commercial training (e.g. industrial businessman/wife) At least 5 years of professional experience, ideally in construction or railway User knowledge of SAP (FI/CO/MM) and basic knowledge of iTWO/Arriba Knowledge in the VOB/B and BGB contracting and in the transfer of workers Basic tax knowledge (e.g. § 48 EStG, § 13b UStG, deduction and final accounts) Safe handling of MS Office Self-employed, structured working and entrepreneurial thinking and organizational talent Sovereign occurrence, negotiation skills and resilience
