Professional and disciplinary leadership of the 50-member workshop team incl. 6 Direct Reports Ensuring and optimising skills and training concepts for the team members Takeover of sales responsibility for the service unit at the location Object, budget and timely order processing including the optimization of service processes Self-employed support of Key Account customers, e.g. in the field of complaint management

Master or technician training in motor vehicles or commercial vehicles, with additional commercial qualification Multiannual leadership experience in a comparable technical environment, preferably in special vehicle construction or the like. Embossed service and customer orientation and entrepreneurial vision High own quality requirements, resilience and team skills and social competence
