Project management: Responsibility for the project management of our construction projects, i.e. control and monitoring from construction start to completion Calls for tenders and awards: Constitution and examination of tenders for a wide range of trades and services, preparation and management of contracts and contracts negotiations, creation of contracts Cost and budget control as well as documentation: cost planning, monitoring and allocation of budgets, ensuring compliance with financial targets, auditing and release, settlement of complaints, complete documentation Monitoring of the building management, superordinate construction planning and appointment coordination Support for project development in the project conception Monitoring of approval procedures and testing of requirements Quality management in cooperation with the building management: compliance with standards, requirements or regulations Customer support: care of our buyers during the construction process (e.g. integration of special requests, etc.), acceptance and handover with the buyers

You have completed your studies in the field of civil engineering, architecture, economic engineering (construction), construction management or comparable fields of study; or you are a craftsman (m/w/d) A multi-year professional experience in the construction industry and/or in the management of construction projects is advantageous. You speak fluently in word and writing. You have organizational talent, think and work structured and reliability is absolutely natural for you. You have a valid class B licence.
