Engineer for Energy and Building Technology (m/f/d)

Technical supervision of the building and property stock with regard to building and supply technology, in particular the systematic collection of existing TGA, implementation of recurring tests and the introduction of maintenance contracts Participation in the award and execution of construction and engineering contracts Support for external engineering offices and contractors Support for the development of property-related energy concepts (including renewable energy, electromobility) With the help of basic assessment and preliminary design of feasibility studies, economic studies and cost assessments

Completion of university studies in the field of utilities, energy and building technology, mechanical engineering or comparable field of expertise or professional experience Experience in building technology or building technology Very good knowledge of German in word and writing (min. level C1 to GER/CEFR) Class B driving licence and the readiness to carry out service operations in the branch

That would be desirable: Knowledge of technical and construction regulations Experience or knowledge in procurement and contract law
