Engineer as Consultant Technology Professional – ECM & Maintenance Development

At the closest possible time, we are looking for you as a consultant:in Technik Professional - ECM (Entity in Charge of Maintenance) & Maintenance Development (w/m/d) for DB Systemtechnik GmbH at the Brandenburg (Havel) Kirchmöser site. Your tasks: Within our Team for Maintenance Consulting Rail Vehicles, you take over the technical tasks in the ECM Management and Maintenance Development function according to VO (EU) 2019/779 You are responsible for ECM documentation, audit activities for ECM 1 and 2 as well as for deviation processing and develop ECM and maintenance documents Our customers support you in the introduction, development and certification of ECM management systems and in the optimization of associated processes You work and optimise maintenance rules for rail vehicles as part of the maintenance development function (ECM 2) for internal and external customers You also accompany risk assessments, safety analyses and change assessments according to current European and national rules, including CSM-RA and VO (EU) 402/2013 You evaluate maintenance concepts, systems and technical solutions in quality, safety and cost aspects, such as RAMS and LCC Last but not least, you control your complex projects in the field of maintenance systems for rail vehicles according to deadline, cost and quality

Your profile: You have a degree in technical or university studies, preferably in rail vehicle engineering, mechanical engineering, transport engineering or in a comparable technical field In addition, you bring multi-year experience in vehicle maintenance, maintenance development, maintenance management or ECM organisations with You know the ECM requirements according to VO (EU) 2019/779 and have practical experience in at least one ECM function, in particular management or development function You also have experience with managing technical projects as well as risk analyses, risk assessments and security evidence, ideally according to CSM-RA Knowledge in RAMS, LCC, technical regulation development, technical fleet management or condition based maintenance We require very good German and good English knowledge in word and writing as well as the readiness to travel to our customers: Personally, you convince with a self-responsible way of working, excellent communication skills and team skills This is important to us: Our claim is to offer all candidates the same opportunities for entry with us, both with equal suitability.
