Together with the team's colleagues, you are a competent contact person for executives and employees in all questions regarding payroll accounting and related operational personnel topics. Your responsibility is primarily for the monthly earnings and follow-up activities in SAP HCM in compliance with applicable laws, collective agreements, business agreements and labour instructions. You run and care the digital personal files as well as the master data in the HCM system. In your hands there is also the time recording with the linked mechanical reporting. The social security institutions, financial offices and other authorities can count on you as a competent contact person. You accompany the audits of the authorities and, if necessary, you can help with questions.

You have a completed commercial training and brings several years of professional experience in the SAP HCM environment. Ideally, you have successfully completed the training to/for the personnel specialist businesswoman. Finding knowledge of labour, social security and tax law is your DNA.
