Management support in all administrative tasks and operational daily business Coordination of appointments and meetings including preparation and follow-up (e.g. protocol management & task tracking) General administrative tasks and office organization Comprehensive care of the company insurance companies Interface between management and internal areas Tour organisation of management (hotel bookings, flight bookings) Working with selected projects

Successfully completed commercial training (e.g. Kaufmann/-frau für Büromanagement, Industriekaufmann/-frau) or a comparable qualification Ideally professional experience in a comparable position (e.g. assistance of management / management etc.) Willingness to take responsibility and tasks to actively shape the company High level of loyalty and discretion Own initiative, safe occurrence, good understanding of figures and analytical thinking High level of responsibility and readiness Very good MS Office knowledge
