As a central service provider, Vivantes Service GmbH supports the entire group. In the Purchasing business unit, you work on strategically relevant IT projects for more than 100 specialist clinics, nursing institutions and institutes. You take over a challenging interface function between IT, purchasing and procurement and contribute significantly to the standardization, bundling and further development of IT purchasing. Own implementation of public procurement procedures in the upper and lower thresholds (GWB, VgV, UVgO, BerlAVG) with a focus on IT Control of the entire procurement process including coordination of complex technical requirements with IT areas Procurement and commercial advice of the service providers in close cooperation with the Central Office Application and further development of contract and procurement standards (e.g. EVB-IT) and market and technology research Contract and supplier management after contract including controlling, after-sales and escalation management

Completed commercial, technical or comparable training, ideally with background Multiannual experience in purchasing, preferably with IT focus, as well as practical experience with IT assignments and EVB IT contracts Very good knowledge of public procurement law (GWB, VgV, UVgO; BerlAVG of advantage) Secure handling of MS Office and SAP-based shopping processes as well as good English skills Analytical strength, negotiation reliability and high communication capability Legally necessary evidence of immunization against measles
