Heating and plumbing master (m/f/d)

You organize and coordinate the maintenance and maintenance of our heating, ventilation and sanitary facilities. You plan and accompany the modernization of existing technical facilities. You coordinate and manage external service providers and specialist companies. You're planning and archiving technical inventory and plant documentation. You work and accompany projects in the field of heating, air conditioning, ventilation and sanitary technology (HKLS). You support the optimization of our technical building equipment in terms of efficiency, operational safety and sustainability.

Successfully completed training as a plant mechanic SHK or a comparable qualification. (m/w/d) or state-tested technician (m/w/d) in the field of supply technology, heating, sanitary or building technology. Professional experience in the field of heating, ventilation and sanitary technology. Structured, analytical and economic thinking. Self-sponsored, responsible working and strong team and communication skills. Standing willingness to call occasionally and separate bets on weekends.
