They contribute to the conceptual development and processing of digital and print media and accompany the care and continuous development of BARMER's employer branding design. Together with the Senior Art Director, who will help you with professional expertise, you will design sophisticated graphics, visual concepts and complex media. Tasks such as image research, editing, format adaptations as well as the creation of clean drawings and print data (including web PDFs for online use) are also part of your field of activity. Presentations in PowerPoint give you professional and visual appeal – always in line with our employer brand. In addition, you design social media designs and campaigns that are implemented both target group- and platform-oriented. Areas of expertise advise you competently in design questions and pay attention to compliance with our design guidelines. From the first idea to the briefing to the final data delivery, you are responsible for projects. They ensure the quality of all communication media and give print releases with the utmost care. In the team, you are responsible for the entire media control and, together with colleagues, ensure a smooth process.

You have a successfully completed study in the field of graphic, communication or media design or have a comparable qualification – a completed training in the corresponding area is also welcome. First practical experiences (ideally two years) in the creative environment will bring you with you – also from an agency. The Adobe Creative Cloud is very familiar to you and you keep up with new features. Experience in video design is desirable. In PowerPoint as well as Microsoft teams move safely – whether for daily collaboration or for professional presentations. They have sound knowledge in the area of social media and design designs that are exactly matched to the respective target group. A proactive attitude, self-responsibility and creative thinking characterizes you. Thanks to your empathic nature, you can promote a positive teamwork and actively contribute to successful projects. Your knowledge of German is at a native level; you can also communicate safely in English – both in writing and oral.
