Support of our sales in the production of our offers Support for purchasing orders and supplier communication Preparation and tracking of material orders Coordination between sales, purchasing, assembly and suppliers Support in customer communication Acceptance and processing of telephone calls clarification of customer questions or forwarding to the relevant contact persons Care of customer, offer and order data Participation in the development of our internal processes and processes

A completed commercial training with relevant professional experience in the said area A high degree of initiative and the willingness to take responsibility paired with a pronounced communication strength fun in cooperation with different stakeholders, in particular a high customer orientation Safe handling of MS Office Interest in photovoltaics, heat pumps and renewable energies – technical understanding is a plus, but no requirement Very good German knowledge
