Legal Officer - Countering Extremism (m/f/d)

The team “View” in the Department of Law seeks reinforcement. As a Legal Referent (m/w/d), you will perform the following tasks: You process media law, in particular with regard to offerings in high-Arab language, and treat appropriate administrative and judicial procedures. You work with other authorities to secure democracy and counter extremism. You will be involved in the further development of our AI tool KIVI, especially in the languages of High Arabic and English. You will also bring you into internal projects and working groups in cooperation with other supervisory authorities. The body is first terminated for two years with a view to an indefinite further employment and is only occupied after the approval of the Media Commission for the supplementary budget 2025.

You have a completed 2nd legal state exam and have relevant legal knowledge. You have good knowledge in English and the High Arabic language (C1) in word and writing.
