You can do this with us:

• Independent maintenance (according to maintenance plan), inspection, maintenance and repair of all building equipment with a focus on electrical engineering
• Implementation and planning of special performance measures (e.g. additional tests, reconstructions, smaller electric projects)
• Processing and dissolution of fault messages according to specified prioritization (staff acceptance, first diagnosis, troubleshooting, tracking)
• Ensure the operational readiness and functionality of the technical installations in compliance with statutory requirements, standards and internal guidelines
• Close cooperation with object management, other trades and external service providers
• Documentation of work, maintenance, testing and repairs carried out in the systems/protocols provided

We wish you:

• Complete vocational training in the field of electrical engineering, e.g. electronics for energy and building technology, electricians or comparable qualifications
• Multiannual professional experience in building technology, facility management or technical service desirable
• Knowledge of maintenance, inspection and repair of electrical installations (e.g. sub-distributions, lighting, emergency lighting, safety and communication technology)
• Safe handling of technical documents, maintenance plans and measurement or Test equipment
• Embossed problem-solving capability and structured operation, especially when processing fault messages according to priority
• High sense of responsibility, quality orientation and service idea in dealing with customers and users
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
• Class B driving licence

Operating times

• Early shift: 07:00 to 15:30 (regular)
• Late shift: 10:00 am to 18:30 pm, use in the late-layer gymnasium approx. every 4 weeks
• Ready to participate in call readiness services according to operational planning
