Sr Specialist Accounting (m/f/d)

Responsibility for financial and asset accounting Implementation and monitoring of ongoing accounting in the main book Booking of business incidents incl. Provisions, delimitations etc. according to HGB Individual support and further development of plant accounting Ensuring proper activation, evaluation and depreciation of investment assets Maintenance and management of plant master batches in the ERP system Degrees and Reporting Implementation and support in the creation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts incl. Creation and coordination of plant accounting Voting relevant balance sheet and GuV accounts Creating reports and deviation analyses, interpreting deviations Creation of plant mirrors and evaluations for financial statements and reports Compliance and Process Optimization Ensuring compliance with internal accounting policies and legal regulations (HGB) Support for internal and external audits (auditors) Working to optimize accounting processes Advising the departments on the correct accounting treatment of business incidents and in questions on the activation of investments Support for projects

Successfully completed studies of business management, financial and accounting, accounting or a comparable qualification Alternatively completed commercial training with further training in accounting (e.g. balance sheet holder) Multiannual professional experience in financial and accounting, ideally focusing on asset accounting Knowledge of HGB Experience in the implementation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts Experience in working with ERP systems, experience with IFS is a plus Safe handling of Microsoft Excel Embossed analytical skills and high number affinity Structured and independent operation High ownership and reliability Teamability and Communication Strength Proactive method Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Good knowledge of English for liquid communication in an international company
