Your tasks You are the driving force in the operational implementation of our digitalization and AI strategy and coordinate central rollouts throughout the house. Potentials for AI applications are identified by you, workshops are carried out with specialist areas and make informed decisions. The prioritization and accompaniment of Use-Cases from the idea to the implementation is your responsibility, always keeping in mind the AI strategy of the Kreissparkasse Köln. You act as a central contact person and Sparringspartner:for strategic and operational issues concerning AI and digital transformation. As a real team player, you work closely with your colleagues: inside the team and actively shape the transformation in a highly dynamic environment. Because you convince. Your skills Complete scientific studies focusing on management, business informatics, IT management or a comparable qualification. Multiannual professional experience, ideally in consulting or project management, as well as experience in responsible role in the successful rollout of digital applications. Impressive capacity and ability to advance complex innovations through targeted and outcome-oriented action in a sovereign and pragmatic manner. Experience gained in the AI transformation and implementation of applications, ideally in the financial sector. Security in change management, coupled with the ability to successfully conduct organizations through transformations, and to understand complex facts and translate them between strategy, discipline and regulatory.
