Project Management and Controlling: Responsibility for project management including the creation and maintenance of schedules and monitoring of budgets and forecast planning Project documentation: Ensuring a structured documentation of all project data (e.g. data storage, reporting, Lessons Learned) and their availability for all participants Innovation in project management: driving the optimization of internal processes and processes in project management, increasing efficiency and quality Milestone and Outcome Management: Monitoring and Ensuring Milestones and Outcomes Compliance within the PLM Process Co-worker management in the project context: coordination and leadership of project-related teams and ensuring targeted cooperation between all project participants Change management: Control and coordination of changes in the project course, including scheduling and cost controlling

Successfully completed technical or economic engineering studies or comparable qualification, ideally with multi-year professional experience in single and multi-project management in an internationally oriented industrial company Safe handling of project management tools as well as knowledge in agile project management methods Technical know-how and affinity in electrical engineering, electronics and switching systems desirable Self-working complements good self-management, high flexibility, self-initiative and coordination Embossed communicative personality with good presentation and persuasiveness, enforcement and negotiation skills Very good English skills in word and writing
