Controller (m/f/d)

You support the management of the branch in the management of the BLB You take over the placement of objectives and contents of a commercial-oriented controller in the Netherlands Ensure the implementation of the controlling circuit for the branch You are responsible for the application and further development of controlling instruments in terms of strategic indicators, planning, risk management and cost accounting You take on the moderation of problem solving in competing goals, across functions and organization You create low-level evaluations to control results and increase data quality You coordinate control measures and the review and evaluation of the effectiveness of measures using economic methods

You have successfully completed university studies (Bachelor/ Diploma/Master) of the Department of Architecture, Project Management, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a comparable discipline. Further requirements: You have already gained professional experience in controlling planning or operating construction Your conceptual thinking and acting are just as good as your safe appearance and good presentation skills, especially in complex situations. You have a high communication competence and a pronounced degree of customer orientation You have a routined handling of standard IT systems (e.g. Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel) You have SAP knowledge or willingness to work intensively in SAP and BLB-specific applications You have the willingness to carry out a safety review “Ü1 to Ü3” under the safety review law NRW The activity can be carried out by the following locations: Aachen, Bielefeld, Duisburg, Düsseldorf (Central), Dortmund, Cologne or Münster.

Depending on the personal and operational requirements, a fee for employees is from the E10 Group to the E12 TV‐L (approximately 50,000,00 € – approx. 80.300,00 € per year) with all agreed social services (e.g. occupational pensions). A status-like takeover of beamed applicants is possible up to an office of grade A 12 LBesO A.
