Sales Manager Field Service Agricultural Technology (m/f/d)

You enter and advise big and key customers:involve existing business relationships with the aim of a sustainable increase in sales. You win new business partners through new customer acquisitions:inside and present our products and solutions to customers on site. You evaluate customer requirements, develop suitable solutions and coordinate their implementation together with the internal teams. You test market and industry trends, recognize new potentials and actively contribute your knowledge to the further development of our offer. You keep the margin development of your customers: you continuously look at them, recognize negative tendencies at an early stage and actively control them with appropriate measures. You represent the JÄGER Group at trade fairs, events and customer appointments and continuously expand your network. You process customer requests and complaints, support customer satisfaction analyses and develop sustainable solutions for our customers.

You have a completed commercial or technical training, ideally in the field of agricultural technology. You bring a very good technical understanding and you could ideally gain professional experience in technical sales. Your communicative way, your sovereign appearance, and your diplomatic negotiation skills are yours. You enjoy building and developing long-term customer relationships. A high level of travel and a class B driving licence are of course for you. Safe handling of MS Office applications completes your profile.
