Senior Account Manager (m|w|d)

In order to strengthen our team in Augsburg, we are now looking for a lawyer (m|w|d) tax design as a professional entry.

Your duties

• Development of tax-optimized design and defence concepts
• settlement of corporate restructuring and M&A transactions and responsibility for all issues relating to succession of assets
• competent internal and external contact person
• target and future-oriented client support
• Compilation of opinions, remedies and conduct of proceedings

Your profile

• Completion of law studies with two convincing Examina
• first professional experience in tax law or commercial and corporate law
• Tax consultant title or planning of the tax consultant exam in the near future
• Services with a reliable and professional operation
• Team player and consulting personality
