As a diaconical institution for disabled and seniors, the “Samariterberge” Foundation operates a variety of work, education and employment services, housing services and an outpatient care service with daily care for people with support needs. Around 150 employees ensure the success of our demanding task.

For targeted follow-up planning, we are looking for a dedicated Deputy Care Service (m/w/d) in full-time (39 hours/week) for our outpatient care service in Merseburg Süd.

How to support us: individual care and care of people in their home environment independent planning, organisation and implementation of basic and treatment care Health promotion and maintenance and stabilization of the vital functions of our nursing staff Support in everyday management and psychosocial stabilization close cooperation with family members, family doctors and other services Care and tour planning in cooperation with the care service management Documentation of care measures according to applicable standards and legal requirements Participation in the continuous development of our care quality

Your duties as deputy care service: Support and representation of care services in all management tasks Co-responsibility for ensuring optimal care and psychosocial care of our clients Further development, improvement and implementation of concepts, standards and methods of care Ensuring proper procurement and use of the means necessary for care Participation in economic management Control and Evaluation of Care Processes Support for personnel management Ensuring and promoting the satisfaction of nursing staff Participation in planning and ensuring continuous training of nurses Ensure compliance with the legally prescribed structure, process and result quality Ensuring an activating care

a successfully completed training as a nurse (m/w/d) or a successfully completed training for the responsible nursing staff (m/w/d) or comparable qualification Class B driving licence readiness for flexible working hours as part of our schedule Knowledge of current care standards strong leadership skills and experience in the guidance of teams desirable strong social competence, reliability, resilience and team skills the willingness to contribute to the Christian profile of our institution – a church belonging is desirable
