In order to strengthen our IT teams at the site in Dreieich, we are looking for a Professional Business Analyst / Requirements Engineer für Softwareprojekte (m/w/d) unlimited, full-time (40 hours/week)

Survey, analysis and structuring of technical and technical requirements Presentation of workshops, interviews and voting with relevant stakeholders Development of requirements concepts and effort estimates as well as support in the Business Impact Analysis early identification of uncertainties, target conflicts and dependencies Support for the specific, comprehensible and prioritized description of their needs Implementation of appropriate methods of requirements engineering and business analysis in projects Development of structured and comprehensible pre-analysis Further development of standards, templates and procedures in request management

Experience in requirements engineering, in business analysis or in a comparable role in the environment of software projects safe handling of surveys, analyses and documentation of requirements Methodological competences for the management of workshops, interviews, moderations and stakeholders Understanding operational processes, IT relationships and project logics ideally experience in building a structured requirement management clear, structured and analytical procedures Communication strength and persuasive power pragmatic and solution-oriented approach
