Project Management / General Planning (m/f/d)

An experienced project manager is looking for the general planner coordination of construction projects: Project management as part of the general planning of interesting and complex construction projects Overall coordination of all specialist planners involved in general planning (e.g. architecture, TGA, structures, fire protection, building physics, etc.) Representation of the planning team towards client Management of planning meetings and project agreements with builders, authorities and specialist planners Control of interdisciplinary planning processes over all performance phases of HOAI (LPH 1–9) Date, cost and quality control of the overall planning and the continuation of project objectives Reporting and Protocol

Complete studies in architecture, civil engineering, industrial engineering construction or comparable multiannual experience as project manager or project taxer Experience in the processing / supervision of construction projects in the clean room sector, pharmaceutical sector Experience in structural planning of advantage Economic and legal understanding Knowledge of HOAI, AHO, VOB and structural and technical guidelines Experience with LEAN methodology, BIM management or energy-efficient, sustainable building readiness to travel Willingness to continue Excellent German knowledge
